This is my second purchase from Aqua Huna. These are hard to find loaches, and once on the waitlist they were instock in a few weeks! They shipped as planned, however USPS experience delays and they arrived 8 days later. Aqua Huna alerted me about the delay, and their alive fish policy.

When they finally arrived, I expected a few if not all of the fish to not have survived the delay. I was happily wrong! Not only did all 8 survive, they are all thriving a few weeks later. I love Aqua Huna and will continue using them for my fish.

All the three items arrived next day (23 hours)from time of order to delivery. Live in the northeast package was lined in foam and had (2) heat pads inside. The fish and the snails were in perfect shape-no signs of stress or loss of color. Great company to work with, large options of fish, and multiple ways to ship. You will not be disappointed!

All 4 of my dwarf chain loaches came in great condition. Thanks Aquahuna staff!
