I ordered two red spotted near ice snails and two hillstream loaches to add to my 45. The loaches arrived healthy and active, and are doing well. However, my snails did not arrive alive. I sent a message to aquahuna 2 weeks ago telling them this and I have not heard anything back.

Arrived safe apparently healthy

Ordered 2 Butterfly Hillstreams with a shipment of other fish. They came well packaged and have been in my own quarantine for a few weeks with no issues. They are so far healthy and active.
