We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. The title of my review says it all. Recently placed an order for a few different fish and 12 of these. When my order arrived I immediately saw there was a mistake and they sent me 12 of another type of fish but luckily I had some room for them. I emailed Aquahuna with a picture of them in the bag and an explanation of what happened. They immediately refunded the cost of the 12 fish and gave me a gift card for shipping on my next order, which I took advantage of. There's a reason for repeat customers and Aquahuna has figured that out. I'll keep coming back when I'm in need of a certain type of fish. Great business!
