Ordered 30 assorted shrimp, 3 were DOA. The remaining 27 are doing fantastic and no more have died several weeks later now. All healthy and thriving. I followed the policy about DOA fish and emailed them, and received a refund for my DOA ones the next day. In the same order we had 12 more fish (Clown Killi’s) and none were DOA or have died yet, all healthy. Very happy with Aquahuna and will be ordering future fish here too!!
