Not the first time I've ordered Scarlet Badis, and I know it won't be the last (already placed another order). They arrived healthy, and anxious to get out of quarantine!
Been a repeat customer, but no longer. I ordered 8 snowball shrimp paid for overnight shipping. They sent me 5 shrimp, it took 2 days in shipping. Instead of making the order right and sending my 3 shrimp and refunding the difference in shipping they just refunded me 10 buck for the 3 shrimp they didn't send.
I now know why Aquarium Co-Op doesn't recommend this place anymore.
Caveat Emptor, their customer service is a joke.
This was my 1st order. Ordered 12 and they came in 3 sealed double bags with 4 in each. Paid extra for overnight shipping and arrived before noon next day. 1 week later and all corys still alive and doing great. Will order again.
